Watch for Squatters!! Please Check Your Property!
Instances of trespassing, squatting, theft, and vandalism continue to be a problem in our area. Recent examples include individuals squatting on vacant lots, in empty RVs or structures, and unauthorized tents and encampments. Additional areas of concern are entering unoccupied trailers, theft, illegal tree cutting, and road blockades. LMSOA is urgently asking property owners to come check on your property!! If you are unable to personally visit your property, please contact our Office with proof of ownership and written permission for LMSOA Staff and LMSOA Board Members to inspect your property on your behalf.

NOTICE FOR LMSOA BOARD MEMBER APPLICATIONS
This notice is to inform Lake Medina Shores property owners that one (1) Board Member
Term is ending on August 8th this year.
Lake Medina Shores Owners Association is now soliciting applications from members for the one (1), soon to be
vacant, Board Member position. The term is for three (3) years.
The position will be filled by a property owner of Lake Medina Shores Owners Association.
The Board Member positions are not for a certain position such as Secretary.
The Directors shall elect from among themselves who will be the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary,
Treasurer and Member at Large.
All Board Positions are Voluntary, there is no compensation for the work Board Members perform. You will be required to sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement). A background check will be made.
To be eligible to be a Board Member you must be a property owner in Lake Medina Shores Subdivision.
You may not cohabitate with a current Board Member.
You may not cohabitate with a member of the Architectural Control Committee.
You may not have been convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude within the last twenty (20) years.
