For regularly scheduled meetings, agendas are posted online and on the Office bulletin board at least 144 hours before each meeting. For emergency or special meetings, agendas are posted 72 hours in advance. LMSOA@yahoo.com will also email agendas to those who have an accurate email on file with the Office. Meeting minutes from prior meetings are approved in the following meeting. Once approved, we aim to post meeting minutes online as a courtesy. Meetings subject to change with proper notice.
