LMSOA’s Bylaws Deed Restrictions and Articles of Incorporation give LMSOA’s Board the authority to implement policies governing LMSOA’s amenities. Cost Of Enforcement Policy

The Association wishes to discourage violations of the covenants, to encourage compliance when a violation occurs and reimburse the Association for any costs incurred for enforcement of the covenants-not punish violators or generate revenue for the Association.
