This year your Board has chosen to focus on four main pillars, and will prioritize must-do projects with these focus areas in mind.

Foundational Improvements
Foundational investments in scalable policies, procedures, and guiding principles to accommodate our growing community while maintaining a community vision and property values.

Health & Safety
Partner with local and government organizations to increase health and safety efforts including fire, septic, emergency preparedness, and waste disposal.

Roads, Roads, Roads
Identify and prioritize consistent, sustainable and cost-effective road maintenance and repairs. Acknowledging that this will be a long road and change will not happen everywhere all the time overnight. Annual Road Planning is in-progress. Check back here for details.

Deed Restriction Education & Enforcement
Compassionate education and enforcement to support growing population, promote health and safety, preserve a sense of community and property values.
